Hi, I’m Warren and I’m responsible for Karma Bytes (an InfraZen Ltd brand).

During COVID-19, I saw that most of the engineers in the area had downed tools because of the pandemic at a time of great demand for help with tech.  People were starting to work from home, and kids were being home-schooled, all of them without adequate resources to manage, especially in the more deprived parts of the region.  Some families of 5 people were trying to get by with 1 laptop between them.

I made it my mission to do what I could to alleviate the burden.  I advertised my heavily discounted prices for computer support and within no time, I was helping loads of people with their tech problems.  I also began sourcing spare laptops from the store cupboards of other companies in the region, refurbishing them, and giving them to families in need.  I still do it and hope to turn that part of the business into a Community Interest Company (CIC) and gradually roll it out across the UK over the next five years.

By using my services as a paying customer, you are helping me to fund this mission, now to lift 1 million people out of digital poverty and exclusion within 10 years.
