Well, I won’t be involved in a race to the bottom on price.  Why?  Because it’s a fair price when you consider my qualifications and experience in industry.

A time-served plumber or mechanic with 20 years experience would charge rates like mine for what they do.

When customers come to me they they get extraordinary levels of service.  I keep them informed of what is happening throughout the process and produce a report at the end detailing what has been done and any recommendations or advice or supplementary information.

If a job is simply not worth it to the customer, it doesn’t get done.

Customers trust me and come back whenever they have issues with their tech.

I believe we should look after each other and so for those on benefits, I offer a discount rate (see Pricing in the menu above or below) so nobody is left stranded with tech that doesn’t work.
